The Performance Management System aims to support the Holding’s strategies, to ensure that the business goals of employees are aligned with the company goals in the same direction to increase corporate performance, and continuous improvement.
This system, established in 2018, covers all employees and has been strengthened in 2021 with the OKR (objectives & key results) methodology, which focuses on continuous development in line with dynamic work environment and changing needs. At the beginning of 2022, a team of OKR Coaches was formed based on applications from each department to spread the cultural transformation from end to end, which we aim to provide continuous feedback, and instant performance monitoring of company strategies and goals to all employees.
