DigiConnect

“DigiConnect,” which is an online learning and development program, has been organized as summer term and long term since 2020.

This program enables young talents to meet with Norm Holding managers in various functions and consists of online interview simulations with the Human Resources Department. It aims for young talents to get to know business life closely, learn current trends, find answers to all the questions they are curious about career and development opportunities in our company, and gain professional interview experience.


DigiCampus

DigiCampus has been organized as Norm Holding Digital Career Day event for university students since 2021.

The program, started in 2021, allows them to meet with Norm Holding managers in various functions and consists of online interview simulations with the Human Resources Department. This way, it is aimed for young talents to get to know business life closely, learn current trends, find answers to all the questions they are curious about career and development opportunities, and gain professional interview experience.


Career Direction Program

We announce open positions to all our employees in Norm Holding companies through the “Kariyerine Yön Ver” internal announcement system and give priority to our employees when filling open positions.

This program, enables our employees the opportunity to take an active role in their careers and direct their careers.
